  1. David Palmer Vs James Willstrop
(PSA World Champion Vs World Junior Champion). Palmer started this incredible match in fine form and played rallies at blistering speed and with the accuracy of a neurosurgeon hence neutralizing his young opponent. Most balls he hit clung to walls as do nails to a magnet and there was little James could do to stop the onslaught - that is until something hard to put into words happened… Heir apparent to Jonathon Power on the creativity end of things, James at 6ft 4 inch. has additional height and reaches which he takes full advantage of at every opportunity. Halfway through this historical match, one to remember not only for its quality but also because it is one of the last ever played that used the PAR to 15 scoring system; James suddenly found his rhythm and groove. He then began mistreating the World Champion sending him in different directions; so many times in fact that smoke from the friction of his shoes to the court floor rose through Grand Central Terminal, joining the fuel mix of departing trains. Firemen, doctors and stretchers were kept on standby just in case; the crowd went wild…
------ Commentators – Liam Kenny & Martin Heath

  2. Jonathon Power Vs Thierry Lincou
(Ex World #1 Vs New # 1 as off the start of the event) – Thierry knocked Jonathon out of last year’s ToC event by playing flawless squash for the last 35 minutes of the match, Jonathon started this one clearly determined to avenge his loss, but as well to prove to all that, when healthy, he still has what it take to beat the best of the best.
------ Commentators – John White & Martin Heath (You will enjoy this match without question, but you will equally enjoy and learn a great deal just listening in on these expert commentators and guests, a squash lesson at its best.)
------ Special guests – James Willstrop, Gregory Gauthier, Mike Way ++

  3. John White Vs Peter Nico
(New World # 1 at the time this match was played Vs Ex #1)
------ Commentators – Jonathon Power & Martin Heath (World premiere 1st as TV commentator – Jonathon is knowledgeable, funny & witty – he’s not bad with his racket and even better with his mouth –a privilege to work with.)
------ Special guests –Ex World # 2 Brett Martin, Nicol’s coach David Pearson ++
------ Courtside commentator – Chris Walker

  4. James Willstrop Vs John White
Fabulous clash of the gentle giants… One flattens half the balls he strikes paper-thin every which way sending the decibel meter through the roof… and the other caresses the ones he can reach in every mind boggling directions challenging countless laws of physics in the process.
------ Commentators – Peter Nicol & Martin Heath (Also Peter’s first as TV commentator providing us with unique insights on James & John’s games and a lot more; a brilliant players-commentators combination team)
------ Special guests – Sarah FitzGerald, Squash Magazine editor Jay Prince ++

  5. Thierry Lincou Vs Paul Price
(Price was in total control -Thierry was several match balls down… and possibly learning that, as world # 1 at the time the match was played, being chased after by all is not at all as easy as chasing others… Price, the talented musician, had played remarkable squash to neutralize Thierry and get him to the edge of defeat, how Thierry fought tooth and claws to survive
------ *Early match – no commentators, just sit back and enjoy the magic.
